Honestly it was very disappointing. We booked to replace our two front tires and paid for the rear (old tires) to move to the front and new tires go on the back, as is common practice to put the newer tires on the rear. The new tires were placed in the front. The service person was very irritated when I pointed this out and said that the rear tires were fine to remain on the rear as they are in really good shape with lots of tread and only two years old. He refunded the rotation fee we had paid. However the bill from the technician said that the rear tires should be replaced. So now we are in a position of not knowing if the car is safe to drive or if one or both of the technician/front desk was a liar (either they need replacing and it is dangerous for them to be on the rear or they are fine and the technical report is a lie). Very frustrating and does not give me confidence in skill nor honesty. Do not recommend.
